At The Great Escape, we want your home to be your sanctuary. If your new furniture or decor doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to ensure safe transit.
Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a white-glove pickup service; for smaller decor, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
